My book “Higher Than I’ve Ever Been, Healing Addiction: Inside Out” documents my struggles – during my addictions, my struggles and successes with getting clean, coming to grips with all my past life events, and my journey since getting clean.

Recovery from addiction is a long and often bumpy ride. Though the ups are exhilarating and liberating, the downs are often fraught with terrifying obstacles that are so daunting that many give up the struggle. I hope my story will help those struggling with addiction and recovery to take the first step in beating their demons, and the hope of getting through whatever obstacles they encounter along their journey.
